SFTP Data Export File Names

Learn how to bring in Goodkind engagement data via SFTP.

Overview

In order to send engagement data back into your SFTP folder, you need to include the corresponding file names for each payload that you set up.

For data exports via SFTP, file names are case sensitive. Any misspelled word, extra space, missed dash or hyphen increases the chance for failed exports.

SMS Replied: sms-replied-export-*.csv

SMS Failed: sms-failed-export-*.csv

SMS Opt Out: sms-opt_out-export-*.csv

Email Unsubscribed: email-unsubscribe-export-*.csv

Email Delivered: email-delivered-export-*.csv
