Default Notifications Settings

These settings are the default notification preferences for all new users added to your Workspace.

🗒️ Note: Users can modify these settings in their preferences, as described in the

Manage Notification Preferences guide. Changes to these defaults will only be applied at the user level. Different notification types are only available for specific products and/or User Roles.

Task Assignment

Email: Turned On | Mobile: Turned On

Receive a notification anytime you are assigned a new video to record.

Video Rejected

Email: Turned On | Mobile: Turned On

Be notified anytime your video is declined by an admin and needs to be re-recorded.

Task Reminder

Email: Turned Off | Mobile: Turned Off

A weekly summary for overdue recording tasks for up to 2 weeks after a campaign is launched. Notifications will occur daily 3 days before the deadline of a campaign that is assigned a due date.

Campaign Live

Email: Turned Off | Mobile: Not Available

Be notified anytime a new campaign is launched.

Videos in Approval

Email: Turned On | Mobile: Not Available

Be notified anytime a new video is submitted for admin approval. Notifications for one-to-one campaigns are summarized at 10 minute intervals after the initial video.

Inbox Replies

Email: Not Available | Mobile: Turned Off

Instantaneous notifications for new messages in your Inbox.

Inbox Digest

Email: Turned Off | Mobile: Turned Off

Receive a daily summary for new Inbox replies at specified times.

💡 For Inbox Replies you'll have to select the specific hours when you want to receive inbox notifications.
