Institutions typically start with 250 business-initiated conversations per phone number when it completes the business verification.
What happens if I go over my limit?
If you go over your limit, your campaign will automatically stop. Your Partner Success Manager will notify you when this occurs.
2. Best practices for advancing to the next tier include:
1. Verify your institution or meet the quality messaging threshold: Institutions that successfully verify or demonstrate a record of sending high quality messages to customers may automatically qualify for an increase in phone numbers with higher daily messaging limits.
2. Send high-quality messages to customers: Demonstrate a record of quality messaging to your customers with a minimum of 1,000 conversations over 30 consecutive days.
Note: We recommend that you send messages that are timely and relevant to the customer. This helps ensure that customers don’t flag your WhatsApp Business number as spam or offensive, or block your number.
3. Maintain your quality rating: We will continue to monitor your business’s quality rating and make sure that it stays the same or improves. Institutions with a sustained high quality rating may eventually have their daily messaging limits increased to unlimited conversations.
