The appearance of the Chatbot is customizable and you can adjust the appearance as well the relative placement of the bot on your website. This article describes all the features available for customizing the bot's appearance.
Widget appearance
Start by choosing how the bot looks on your website , you can choose different layouts for your desktop and mobile sites. You can also customize the greeting message in the section called "Launcher message".
Advanced Options
You can elevate the height of the chatbot on your website. Buy default the placement of the bot is on the bottom right corner. The elevate position allows you to move the height up by pixels. This field takes only numerical inputs and adjusts the relative height on the bottom right corner. We recommend starting with value as 8-10 to see the relative placement.
Additionally, you have the option for the bot to show up with the chatbot window fully open when someone visits your website. This allows the bot to service more leads than the default layout.

On the Widget tab you can change the following
Name
You can give the bot a friendly name
Chatbot Description
Add disclaimers or any description about the Chatbot capability. We recommend adding disclaimers around who can review these messages and making it clear that the chatbot is AI powered and there is no human behind the responses.
Greeting Message
Change the first message from the bot to the visitors.
Logo
A visual identification for the chatbot, use your school's mascot or any other visual cue to suggest that a bot is available on your website. The logo resolution should be atleast 300X300 px.
Rounded Corners
Aesthetic change to have the chatbot window with rounded or sharp corner.
Primary Color
Changes the color of the top menu bar of the chatbot.
Extra Menu Links
Allows adding relevant pages from your website such as privacy policies or any other contact sources for your website visitors, should they have any questions or concerns.
