Welcome to our new Campaign Builder! Now, you’ll find a dedicated workflow for each campaign type — One to one, or One to many— each carefully crafted to streamline your workflow.
This guide will walk you through each stage of the Campaign Builder, from Setup to Launch, ensuring you can effectively reach your audience with personalized messages.
1. Setup
Goal: This is where you lay the foundation for your campaign.
Steps:
Campaign name: Enter a name for your campaign. This will help you identify and manage your campaign later.
Team: Select the team to which this campaign belongs. This helps in organizing and managing campaigns within your organization.
Audience: Choose the audience for your campaign. You can either select an existing audience from your database or upload a new list of contacts.
🆕 Audience behaviors: For audiences coming from your CRM, you’ll see different options:
One time: As your audience appears at the moment of the Campaign creation. No contacts will be added or removed after new syncs once the Campaign is launched.
Additive: Contacts will only be added to this campaign upon every new sync, but no contacts will be removed.
Synced (only for One to one campaigns): Contacts mirror a synced list and will be added or removed before videos are recorded or approved, depending on your list criteria.
2. Video
Goal: Customize who will record the video content for the campaign and specify additional preferences.
Steps:
Assign recorder(s): Select the person or people who will be responsible for recording the video(s) for the Campaign.
Assignment rules (only for One to one campaigns): Create an Assignment rule (link to article when it’s live) based on custom attributes to automatically assign recorders.
Select a video from your library (only for One to many campaigns): Add an existing video to your Campaign, or upload a video from your device.
Additional preferences: You can still set the same preferences you’re used to, such as the due date for the video, the script to be followed, and any special instructions for the recording.
3. Build
Goal: Finalize your video content and design.
Steps:
Call to action: Add a Call to action (CTA) that will prompt your audience to engage with the campaign.
Video replies: Add custom Video replies to encourage engagement.
Video page styling: Choose an existing template or create a new one. Change the text, add a new logo and background, and customize the buttons and colors.
4. Delivery
Goal: Choose how your campaign will reach your audience.
Steps:
Delivery Channels: Select whether you want to send your campaign via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp*.
Message: Select or draft the template that will accompany your campaign when it is sent to your audience. You can now select and edit your templates directly from your Dashboard!
*Available to WhatsApp-enabled workspaces
5. Summary
Goal: Review and finalize your campaign.
Steps:
Review: Go over all the details of your campaign — From Setup to Delivery — to ensure everything is set up correctly.
Preview: You can check the Preview video URL to assess your Video page. You can also Send a preview of the Campaign to yourself — If you select Preview campaign as a contact*, you’ll see exactly what it will look like to one of your audience members.
Schedule/Launch: Once you're happy with the setup, you can schedule the campaign to go live at a later time, or launch it immediately — If new videos were assigned to be recorded, all recording tasks will be assigned to your team.
*Send Preview is based on the selected delivery channel
