From the home screen of the app, click on the User Settings icon.
Under "Subscription Status", click Cancel Subscription.
From the drop-down menu, select your Cancellation Reason and click Next. Note: Based on your Cancellation Reason, you may be asked multiple questions.
Provide details in the Tell Us More section and click Cancel Subscription.
