Your image must be sized exactly at 800px by 1130px (portrait orientation and rectangular) to upload into your account to create the custom digital greeting card. If you are having trouble, make sure to check the size of your image. A smaller file will not work. The image file must also be a .png or .jpg. Please note that PDF files will not be able to upload properly.

Note: Custom cards are only available with a subscription to the Pro plan
