How do I create a Workspace?
Sign in to your Goody for Business account
Make sure you are toggled onto your Business account in the Goody platform
Navigate to the top center of your screen to reveal the Workspaces drop-down menu and select "Create new Workspace". (Once you have created a Workspace or been added to a Workspace, you’ll be able to toggle between the various Workspaces you are a part of or have setup from this menu.)
4. Choose a name for your Workspace, such as your department or a particular gift-send project/gifting event you’re collaborating on and select “Create”.
5. Once you have created a Workspace, you will see your new Workspace in the drop down feature in the top center. You should then select “Manage workspaces”.
6. Once you select that option, you will see your list of Workspaces on the left side of your page:
7. Select the Workspace you want to add members to and you will be taken to a screen where you can send invites to your team members to join your Workspace Select “Invite members”:
8. Invite members to your Workspace. Just add their name and email address.
Workspace managers can also set permissions on Workspace activities and remove members as needed.
NOTE: Currently you are unable to deactivate or delete a Workspace.
