Yes! Members can leave a Workspace at any point by going to the Workspace drop down menu and following this path: Manage workspace> select the Workspace > click on the 3 dots to the right of the individuals name > select Leave workspace.

NOTE: Managers cannot leave a Workspace if they are the last manager on the Workspace. They will need to designate another manager under the Members section before they can leave the Workspace.
