How do I cancel my Goody Pro paid plan?

Sign in to your Goody for business account here

Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen

Click on "Subscription"

On the next screen you'll see the status of your current plan. Select "Cancel subscription" on the right-hand side

You'll then be prompted with information about the cancelation process. Click "Yes" to cancel your subscription. If you'd like to ask questions or share feedback, before canceling, you can reach out to support via our live chat or email at support@ongoody.com.

Once you have opted to cancel, you'll receive a confirmation. You will not be billed for further once you have canceled your plan. If you have billing questions, send us a message on live chat or email us at support@ongoody.com.
