How can I upload contacts on the Team subscription plan (if I'm not using an HRIS integration)?

HRIS integration not a fit for you? No problem! You can still successfully utilize and setup Contacts for Autogifting on the Team subscription plan.

Here's how:

Click on the "Contacts" tab

To upload your contacts in bulk click "Import Contacts"

Contacts can also be added individually using "New Contact"

CSV, XLS or XLSX files can be uploaded. A header row is required with the below supported columns

Note: Birthday and work anniversary can be with or without year. You will be able to review the column matching before confirming

Upload your file in the field below

Match the column headers to ensure your information will be properly uploaded

Review and import Contacts

Click "Import" and see a confirmation populate (as seen below)

Return to "Open all contacts" to see contacts populate

Have more contacts to add? Simply import another list! You can also utilize "New contact" to add contacts one at a time

Want to delete contacts?

Click on the contact, then the "Edit" button and then "Delete" (on the bottom right-hand corner)
