Tips for using Goody for Business

It's easy to make changes to the below settings on a batch of business gifts that has already been sent out!

You can make changes to the following settings:


-Internal GIFT NAME of the batch of gifts you sent

-Expiration date (note if you paid with pre-funded Account Balance the expiration date cannot be adjusted once the gifts have been sent out)

-Swap settings (ability for a recipient to change their gift for another from the Goody catalog) *Note for Gift of Choice - the options are to allow for 1 gift to be selected or multiple gifts to be selected

-International shipping (ability for a non-US recipient to accept a gift for either an item that can ship to their location or a digital gift card) *note a Pro subscription plan is required

-Meeting calendar (ability to require a meeting booking the the Calendly integration, if its has been enabled) *note a Pro subscription plan is required

Here's how:

  1. Click on the TRACK tab at the top of the page when logged in to your Goody for business account

  2. Click the batch of gifts you'd like to make changes to

  3. Toggle to the SETTINGS tab on the left side of the screen

    4. Make edits to the below options. Don't forget to click SAVE at the bottom of the page when you're done!
