Tilled should be contacted directly in the event assistance or support is needed when looking into why a payment or refund was not successful.

Tilled's Merchant support hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM MST.

Tilled is actively monitoring payments activity outside of normal business hours and during Tilled holidays when support teams are not available to answer calls directly.
