There are a number of options to find support while using the Goose platform. Below are all the ways you can access support.

Goose's Knowledge Base

  • How to access it:

  • What to expect:

    • Articles that will walk you through the main actions within the Goose dashboard (building offers, taking reservations, checking pets in, etc).

Email Support

  • How to access it:

  • What to expect:

    • Hours of operation: Monday - Sunday: 8:30am - 5:30pm CT

    • We typically respond within the business day that the email is received.

      • If received outside of business hours, our team will respond the next business day

Chat Support

  • How to access it:

    • Click on the orange chat bubble in the lower right corner of your admin dashboard

    • The knowledge base will pull up with helpful articles

    • Click on the chat icon to reach out to our support team

    • If received outside of business hours, our team will respond the next business day
