Peace of mind for every delivery

We know you're trusting us with things that matter – whether it's important documents, high-value items, or time-sensitive goods. That's why every delivery comes with buyer protection as standard.

How it works:

All deliveries are automatically covered up to £100 (or the value of your item if lower) at no extra cost.

Need more? You can add Enhanced Buyer Protection up to £10,000 when you book – just select the coverage amount that matches your item's value.

Sending high-value items?

We regularly handle jewellery, electronics, and other valuable goods. Here's how to make sure your item is protected:

When you book:

  • Declare what you're sending and its full value

  • Choose Enhanced Buyer Protection if your item is worth more than £100

  • Consider our Direct service (courier goes straight from A to B, no other stops)

When you pack:

  • Package items securely to withstand handling and movement

  • Mark fragile items clearly on the outside

  • Keep packaging discreet for high-value goods

Items we handle with care: Jewellery, designer goods, tech equipment, important documents – we've got you covered.

What we need written agreement for: Bullion, loose precious stones (not set in jewellery), cash, bonds, or securities. If you need to send these, get in touch first.

If something goes wrong

We don't want it to happen, but if it does, here's what to do:

Act quickly:

  • Contact us within 1 day of sending your item

  • Submit your claim within 2 days

What we'll need:

  • Proof of your item's value (receipt, invoice, etc.)

  • Photos of any damage

  • The original packaging (for damage claims, we need to inspect it)

We'll review it and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Important to know

Your buyer protection covers loss, damage, or non-delivery when it's our fault.

It doesn't cover:

  • Items that weren't packaged properly

  • Damage from natural wear or deterioration

  • Items not declared correctly when booking

  • Things outside our control (extreme weather, traffic incidents, etc.)
