Book before 1pm and your parcel can be collected the same day, then delivered the next working day. All you need to do is print your labels, stick them on your parcels and have them ready for the courier.

When do I need to book by for a same-day collection?
Before 1pm, Monday to Friday. If you book later, choose the next working day for collection.

How far ahead can I book a collection?
Up to 10 days in advance.

Does someone need to be there when the courier collects?
Yes. Someone needs to be there to hand the parcels over to the courier.

How do I get my labels?
After you book, you get one PDF with a label for each parcel. Print it, then stick one label on top of each parcel. Make sure every parcel has its own label before the courier arrives.

I don't have a printer. What can I do?
Every parcel needs a printed label before the courier can collect it, so you'll need to print your labels before the collection.

Can I change my booking?
Bookings can't be changed once they're made. Cancel the booking and book again with the right details.

Will I be charged if I cancel?
No. There's no charge for cancelling a booking before it's collected.

What happens if the courier doesn't turn up?
You won't be charged for a missed collection. Contact us and we'll help.

What happens if the courier can't take my parcel?
Contact us and we'll help.

Will the person receiving the parcel need to sign for it?
Yes. They'll be asked to confirm their name and sign on the courier's device.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Northern Ireland isn't covered.
