How your Next Day price is worked out

What makes up your Next Day price: base price by weight, fuel surcharge and peak surcharge.

Written by Erin AI

Every Next Day price is worked out live when you book. It's made up of a base price, set by the size and weight of your parcels, plus a fuel surcharge. From 1 November to 31 December, a small peak surcharge is added too.

Prices start at a base price of £5.95 for bookings up to 10 kg in total, plus surcharges and VAT.

FAQs

Where can I see my price?
In the Gophr web app. Your price is shown before you book.

Why is my price different from last week?
The fuel surcharge changes every Monday, so the same booking can cost slightly more or less from one week to the next.

Why is my price higher in November and December?
From 1 November to 31 December, a small peak surcharge is added to each parcel.

Does sending more parcels together cost more?
Not always. Your price is based on the total weight of the booking. Anything up to 10 kg in total has the same base price, £5.95 plus surcharges, whether it's one parcel or several.

Is VAT included?
The web app shows your price both with and without VAT before you book. Prices on this page exclude VAT.
