FAQs

Why should I use the smallest box that fits?
Your price depends on the size of your parcel as well as its weight, so empty space costs money. See How volumetric weight works for more.

Do I need to print a label?
Yes. After booking, you get one PDF with a label for each parcel. Print it and stick one label on top of each parcel.

Can I send a poster tube or a roll?
Only inside a box. Tubes, rolls and other round items must be packed in a cardboard box.

Can I send a phone or laptop?
Yes, up to 2 per booking. Batteries must be inside the device, the total value of the booking must be no more than £5,000, and there must be no liquids in the same parcel.

Can I send a parcel with wheels, straps or handles on the outside?
No. Pack it inside a fully closed cardboard box, with nothing loose or hanging off the outside.

Why do I need to enter the real size and weight?
Your price is based on the size and weight you enter. If a parcel turns out bigger or heavier than booked, you may be charged a surcharge.

My item isn't on the list. Can I send it?
The list isn't complete. If you're not sure, contact us before you book.
