If you send multiple same day parcels a day you could benefit from our multi-drop delivery option.
There are two ways you can book them:
If you’re sending or collecting large quantities (20+ on the same day, in the same city) send us a CSV of your collection and delivery details.
If you’re sending or collecting up to 20 items per day, then you're better off sticking with our web app to book your multi-drop. Here’s how you can do that…
Book a multi-drop via our web app
Once you've logged in, click on MULTI-JOB BOOKING
Select ADD PICK-UP and ADD DELIVERY to add your booking details (e.g. name, address, email, contact numbers and instructions for delivery)
To add more pickup or delivery locations, click on ADD ANOTHER PICKUP or ADD ANOTHER DELIVERY
Now, add your parcel details to each location by clicking on ADD PARCEL (e.g. size, weight, ref no., insurance, special care) and click CONTINUE
A route will appear on the map view with numbered drops
Either drag your drops into your preferred order, or choose the COST-EFFECTIVE tab to re-arrange the delivery order into the cheapest route
Once you're happy with the route, click CONTINUE
Choose the date you'd like to book the delivery, the service type (e.g. economy, fast, fastest, direct) and vehicle
Your price will now appear, and if you're happy with it, press CONTINUE
See a summary of your multi-drop and choose from your card details on the drop down menu to pay
To book the job, click CONTINUE
Find the job you've booked under the TODAY or SCHEDULED tab on the left-hand menu
