Before participating in a campaign and before the campaign deadline, please make sure you have added your payment details to your Picky Wallet in the app.
To connect your Picky Wallet: Go to Picky app → My Page → Connect to Picky Wallet, and follow the steps to complete your payment setup.
Once you have completed the campaign, your payment will be processed and sent directly to your Picky Wallet. You can then withdraw the rewards with your connected payment account during the payout period shown in the app.
To connect a payout option: you can either connect an existing Stripe account, create a new Stripe account and connect it to your Picky Wallet, or simply add your bank account information directly. A Stripe account is not required to receive payouts.
💳 How to add your Stripe account
If you'd like to connect your Stripe account, go to My Page → Connect to Picky Wallet, enter the email address associated with your Stripe account, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
🏦 How to add your bank account
If you'd like to add your bank account information, please go to My Page → Connect to Picky Wallet. If this option is not available to you, you can also go to My Page → Settings → Picky Wallet, then tap the ••• menu to edit your bank information.
Our payment provider is Stripe. However, this does not mean that you need to have a Stripe account. Stripe is simply the platform we use to process payouts, so you can add your bank account information directly without registering for Stripe. Even if you see the Stripe logo during the setup process, please don't be confused—this is normal and does not mean you need to register with Stripe.
When you open the payout setup page, start by entering your email address and following the on-screen instructions. You will also be asked to verify your phone number, so please make sure you can receive a verification code.
Once you've completed the setup and added your bank account details, your payout information should be all set!
