This is available to Growth Plan users in desktop V3 version and mobile app.

To get started, activate the Service Plan feature in the Add-ons section.

You can access and manage service plan templates by clicking the 'Manage' button, which will take you to the Settings > Service Plan.

In the Service Plan page, click the '+ Add Plan' button on the upper right side.

This will open a template where you can create your service plan by entering its name and defining the services it includes. Initially, it will look like this:

1. Start by entering the Service Plan name. This is the name that will appear when selecting a service plan for the job you will create.

2. Add the services included in your plan. Start with the initial service, followed by the next scheduled services. Specify the activation time and select the service that will trigger its activation.

Note that you can set up a single service to trigger multiple services in the plan by assigning it to multiple services.

Example:

I have configured the Initial Inspection to trigger all services included in the service plan. Once the Initial Inspection job is completed, all three services will be activated simultaneously.

3. When set up is complete, save the template.

Apply the Service Plan to a Customer

  1. Create a new job

  2. On the 'Service' field, click the 'Service Plan' tab and select the plan you preferred.

  3. Listed on the next page are the services that is included on the plan and you have the option to modify the scheduling of each services.

    1. Click the arrow down icon, on the expanded view you will see the primary scheduling details of the job.

    2. If you click the 'Details' button, you will be able to access the job details, add invoice, estimate, documents, and materials. To save your modifications, make sure to click the 'Save' button.

    3. To go back to the service plan, click the '← Service Plan' button.

  4. Once you are done, click the 'Save' button.

Once the job is created, the initial job will be the only active job from the plan on the calendar. All other services will remain inactive until their preceding job is completed.

  • The future services will still appear as scheduled on your calendar but as inactive jobs.

  • Inactive jobs act as placeholders in the calendar, allowing you to arrange and optimize them.

  • In this example, I created an initial "One Shot" job that triggers a "Construction Service" the next day.

Even if other services are inactive, you can still access and modify them by following these simple steps:

  1. Open the active job from the service plan.

  2. Click on the service plan name in the right-side panel to access the services.

  3. Click the "Customize" button, from there you will be able to access the job details.

  4. For inactive services in the service plan, you can update their status to either Confirmed or Unconfirmed.

  5. Click the ' ← Job ' to go back the current active job.

Additional information about the service plan:

  • A service with an infinite recurring frequency can be added to a service plan, but it cannot be set to trigger the next job.

  • If a service has multiple jobs, all jobs must be completed before the next service becomes active.

    • Example:

      • Daily Visit (repeats daily, ends after 5 times) > Triggers Final Service.

      • The 5th Daily Visit must be completed to trigger the Final Service.

  • Terminating a job means canceling all services included in the plan. Similarly, deleting a job will also remove all recurring services from the calendar.
The key difference is that a terminated job will remain visible on the calendar, while a deleted job will be removed entirely.

  • If you terminate a job with the next job already active, the active job and all recurring service will not be affected.
