Streamline your drive time between jobs with the GorillaDesk Route Optimization power-up, Drive Time. This feature is available in Growth, in V3 desktop.
If a custom event or time off includes a location, the drive time will also be displayed.
The drive time is only available in the following calendar view:

Week
2 Weeks
3 Days Rolling
4 Days Rolling
1. You can enable this feature in the Addons > Route Optimization
2. When enabled, a vehicle icon will appear at the top of the calendar. Click it to view the drive time between jobs.
3. This drive time display shows the distance in miles and the estimated drive time from the first job to the next.
The time format is displayed as '1hr 3m' for 1 hour and 3 minutes.
4. If the drive time is adequate for the next job, it will appear in purple. If the drive time exceeds and overlaps with the next job, it will appear in red.
Important note on limitation: The drive time feature only works if you have one job
scheduled in each time slot.
If you have multiple jobs at the same time or overlapping jobs, drive time cannot be
displayed.
For example, this limitation applies if two or more jobs are connected to one job, one job is connected to two or more jobs, or if two jobs are scheduled in the same time slot.
