Easily assign a service plan directly from the mobile app, whether you need to view included services, update scheduling details, or make adjustments even when you're out in the field.
Please note that creating, managing or deleting a service plan template is only available in desktop version.
Here's how you can create a new job with service plan in mobile app.
Create a new job by selecting a customer and assign it to a service address.
On the 'Select Service' screen, tap the 'Service Plan' tab to view your available service plan templates.
Choose the template you need from the available options.
Once you have selected a service plan, you can view the included services and modify their scheduling as needed.
Tap the arrow down icon, and the scheduling details will show on the expanded view. You can edit the scheduling from there.
If you tap the 'Details' button, you can access the job details, change the job repeat settings, and add job notes. Be sure to hit the 'Save' button in the upper left corner of the screen.
You can always return to the service list by tapping the 'β Service Plan' button.
Save the job once you are done setting it up.
On the calendar, the initial job will be the only active job from the service plan. All future jobs will remain inactive until their preceding jobs are completed.
Although they are inactive, you can still access and modify these services.
Open the job from the service plan that is currently active.
Tap on the name of the service plan that is found after the service name.
Start modifying the job details either through the quick access job details (expanded view) or by tapping the customize button.
For inactive services in the service plan, you can update their status to either Confirmed or Unconfirmed.
Additional notes:
A service with an infinite recurring frequency can be added to a service plan, but it cannot be set to trigger the next job.
If a service has multiple jobs, all jobs must be completed before the next service becomes active.
Terminating an active job in the service plan will also remove the upcoming services from the calendar. However, if the next job is already active, it will not be affected by the termination of the previous job.
Cancelling a job on the service plan will also remove all the upcoming services from the calendar.
