Issuing a Refund

Currently, actual refund amounts are not tracked in GorillaDesk. If you're issuing a refund, you have to delete the payment.

How to Delete a Payment in GorillaDesk

Go to Customer Account -> Payments -> Choose the payment you want to delete -> Click Delete. GorillaDesk will prompt you to confirm deletion.

Stripe.com Refund Process

To process a credit card refund this must be done from within your Stripe.com account.

Log into your Stripe account, and you'll be able to find the customer payment record there.

Refunds can be whole or partial โ€“ that is, you can refund any amount up to the original amount of the charge.

Once refunded you will use the same process above to update this refunded transaction in GorillaDesk.
