The easiest way to quickly set up a customer's messaging preferences.

  1. From the desktop version of GorillaDesk start by selecting the customer's job on the calendar.

  2. Next, select the quick edit messaging preference icon next to the service location.

  3. You will then see a window to update the preferences.

You can also edit messaging preferences by:

  1. Go to the customer's profile, and click the 'Account' Tab.

  2. Click the location name to edit the location.

Batch edit messaging preferences for multiple locations

If you have an account with multiple locations, you batch edit each location's messaging preferences under the Locations tab on the customer's account.

  1. Check the box to the left of each location

  2. Click Messaging in the upper left

  3. Set your Override Messaging Preferences

  4. Save
