Kong is the primary intelligence behind your system data. He acts as your master analyst to provide powerful insights into your data.
This feature is available to Growth Plan users.
To enable this feature, go to the Addons section and switch the toggle ON for Kong AI. The Free plan will be activated automatically.
For enhanced features and greater benefits, you can upgrade to one of the available premium plans, such as Prime or Prime Annual.
Report Generator
Utilize Kong to imagine any report using your data. Save and share your custom reports with other team members.
Manage Users
If you're on the Prime plan, unlimited users can access this feature. To control who has access, go to the Manage Users settings and click the Manage button. From there, simply toggle access on or off for each individual user you'd like to grant permission to.
Once this feature is ON, the Kong AI will be accessible from the main navigation bar and on the side bar.
When you open your Kong AI chat dashboard, you’ll see the main screen where all of your conversations are managed. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand the layout:
1. Search & History Panel
This panel keeps track of your past chats.
Search Bar - Quickly look up previous conversations.
New Chat Button - Start a fresh conversation by clicking the purple New Chat button.
Chat History:
Manage Templates - Save commonly used queries so you don’t have to retype them. Instead of writing the same question again, you can quickly insert it as a template during a chat.
Manage Archived Chats - Access older conversations you’ve archived.
2. Chat Window
Simply type your query in the chat box. Below, you’ll find additional tools to make chatting easier:

To send your question, just tap on the purple arrow-up button.
