Is your Gorilla moving at a snail pace? If you experience slower than usual response times while using GorillaDesk, we want to know. Slowdowns can originate from either our network server or customer network. 

For us to determine the source of the slowdown, we'll need you to run a  speed test as well as a network inspection. 


To quickly capture your speed, go to Speedtest.net and click GO. 

You can take a screenshot of your results or document your ping, upload, and download. 

Getting to your network inspection is a simple process. 

  • Right-click inside chrome and choose inspect

  • Then click on the Network tab at the top of the screen 

  • Hit F-5 on your keyboard to refresh the page then wait until it fully loads 

Once fully loaded take a screenshot of all the items that took the longest to load. 

After collecting both pieces of information submit it to our GorillaDesk Customer Success Team by email or chat for review. 

If possible, please include:

  1. The exact time of lag, including the timezone. 

  2. Activities done (switching tech or switching calendar date, adding job etc.)

*MS= Millisecond

**S= Second
