Our Work Pool is the hiatus your jobs need. Using the Work Pool feature is a simple drag and drop process that helps you with jobs that don't have a set schedule and need to be moved off your calendar.

Each job will still keep it's initial schedule date and time, but it will be removed from the calendar so that you can reschedule it at a later date.

You can access the Work Pool by clicking on the icon on the top right of the calendar screen:

Once the Work Pool Tab is open, you can drag and drop any job in the pool. When you drop the job, you will get the option just to drop that one scheduled service, or drop all future scheduled jobs for that service.

When you're ready to schedule a job you can drag it out of work pool and drop it back onto the calendar. 

Once a job is in Work Pool it can only be changed within GorillaDesk online, not from the application. If you try to edit a job that's in Work Pool from the GorillaDesk application, an Oops message will appear.
