Our file attachment feature allows you to upload documents, images, and other supported file types directly within the platform. This guide outlines the attachment file size limits for each area of the platform.
File attachments for sending work orders, invoices, estimates, documents, and statements have different allowable attachment size depending on your GorillaDesk plan.
Basic Plan: Up to 20 MB
Pro Plan: Up to 50 MB
Growth Plan: Up to 100 MB
These limits apply when using the Send by Email or E-sign via Email features, as well as when sending SMS through the SMS chat window.
On the other hand the size for each file allowable for top note, customer note, job note and comment attachments are also increased:
Basic - 20MB per file
Pro - 50MB per file
Growth - 100MB per file
The limit applies to each file, not the total number. You can upload as many files as you want, as long as each one stays under the size limit.
The following areas allow users to upload an unlimited number of supported files, with a maximum size of 20 MB per file. Any file that exceeds 20 MB will not be uploaded.

Email Inbox: Allows file attachments up to 15 MB.
PDF Library (Addon > PDF Library): Supports PDF uploads up to 20 MB per file.
Custom Email Templates: Support image attachments up to 2 MB per file.
