Android Bluetooth Audio Issue
If you’re experiencing audio issues on your Android device when connected to Bluetooth, please try the following workaround:
Go to Settings
Select Apps
Disable all app permissions except Location (leave Location enabled)
We’re actively working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, this setting should help resolve the audio issue.
Emails Not Being Received by Customers
If your customers are not receiving emails, this is often related to email masking being blocked by providers.
Please reach out to Support so we can help set up your DNS correctly
If you’re using a free email provider, we strongly recommend switching to a paid custom company domain
Many email providers are becoming stricter and may block emails sent from masked emails
