Q: I cannot activate MailStream; I am encountering an error message indicating that the feature is unavailable for my account.
A: Mailstream is in a Limited Release phase. To ensure the highest level of deliverability and performance for our entire community, we are currently rolling this out to established accounts only. If you are on a Growth plan and believe you qualify for access, please contact our support team for a manual account review.
Q: Do you offer email design templates?
A: We don’t currently offer email design templates. However, you can use third-party platforms such as Topol.io, Stripo, Beefree, or Unlayer to create your email design.
Once your design is ready, simply export the HTML version and paste it into the Mailstream HTML editor.
Q: When does the delay for each step start? Are delays calculated from the previous step or the original schedule?
A: The delay for Step 1 begins when the “Start Campaign” button is clicked. For example, if you start the campaign on May 2, 2026 and Step 1 is set to be sent after 3 days, it will be sent on May 5, 2026.
For all following steps, the delay begins only after the previous step has been sent. For example, if Step 2 has a 5-day delay, it will be sent 5 days after Step 1 is delivered on May 10, 2026.
Q: Why can’t I pause or stop my campaign during initialization?
A: During this process, actions such as Pause or Stop are temporarily disabled to avoid interrupting the scheduling flow. Once scheduling is complete, the campaign can be paused or stopped normally.
The scheduling process typically takes around 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the number of customers in SmartView.
