Batch send job confirmations and reminders with ease.
1) On the megaphone icon on the top of the calendar
2) Choose whether to send a reminder, confirmation, or broadcast.
3) Select the schedule, date range, and the template you want to use.
Note: To prevent duplicate emails and improve system efficiency, please wait 10 minutes before resending.
This option is also available in mobile app:
In the mobile app’s calendar, tap the megaphone icon at the lower right corner of the screen.
Choose whether to send a reminder, confirmation, or broadcast.
Select the schedule, date range, and the template you want to use.
