In GorillaDesk, you may have an account with multiple locations who all wish to be billed separately. A common question is "Will each of those addresses be able to see the total balance for ALL of the locations under that account?". Well, the answer is yes, but have no fear!
Under the customer's account, you have the ability to hide total account balances on that account's invoices.
You will need to navigate to the customer account and click the Account tab.
You will then have the ability to toggle the Hide button on or off which will allow your customers to only see their balance for that specific invoice.
You also have the option to override the Hide/Show Invoice Balance for multiple customers at once, instead of updating each account individually.
You will need to go to the Customers list. Select the customers that you want to apply the settings to, and then click on the Global Override dropdown.
Confirm that you want to apply these settings to the selected customers.
