GorillaDesk's task management system will allow you to keep up with all tasks of any size. With this system, you can assign future tasks to any user, which will trigger on the specified date/time.
Here's how it works:
You can create a new task within various areas in the software;
Open any job, navigate to the job details, and click the 'Task' button.
Go to a customer's account, navigate to the Notes tab, and click the 'Task' button.
You can click the yellow area below the date in the calendar to create a new task.
Create your upcoming task, set a due date, and assign the task to a user. Once done, click the Save button.
Once a task is due, the user will receive a notification in their inbox which can be found in the upper right corner of your calendar.
You can click on the 'Tasks' tab to view all tasks assigned to a user.
You can mark a task as completed in different sections of the software, including:
In the calendar, click on the task located below the date to access it.
The Task modal will appear, and you can click the 'DONE' button there.
In the job details when you open a job.
In the customer account's Notes tab.
In the Tasks tab within the Inbox section
All upcoming tasks can be found in the "Future" section, and all completed tasks can be found in the "Done" section within your Inbox.
