Add multiple billing emails & billing email CC to a customer

You can easily add additional billing emails and a billing email cc to each location on a customer's account, with just a few steps:

1. Open up the customer's account
2. Click Edit Customer
3. Add an additional contact and include their email.
4. Click on the location.

5. Click the '+' to the right of the billing email field and select your contact's billing emails.

Note: You can add up to 3 emails in the Billing Email field.


You can also add a contact's email to the Billing Email cc field as well. 

You can set a dedicated default email address for sending work orders.

If you’d like work orders to go to a different address, enter it in the Work Order Email field. You can include up to three email addresses in this field.
