Add multiple billing emails & billing email CC to a customer

You can easily add additional billing emails and a billing email cc to each location on a customer's account, with just a few steps:

To add additional contacts:

1. Open up the customer's account
2. Click on the Contacts tab
3. Add an additional contact and include their email.

To assign billing emails and billing email cc:
1. On the Locations tab, click on any location.

2. Click the '+' to the right of the billing email field and select your contact's billing emails.

Note: You can add up to 3 emails in the Billing Email field.


You can also add a contact's email to the Billing Email cc field as well. 

By default, if no email address is assigned to the work order email, the work order will be sent to all billing email addresses and billing email CC recipients.

If you’d like work orders to go to a different address, enter it in the Work Order Email field. You can include up to three email addresses in this field.
