The Reconnect with Past Clients feature can be found under your Settings > Under Email & SMS > System. This feature is designed to help you stay on your customer's radar even after their service has been completed.
If enabled, these messages will be out daily at 9 AM to active customers who do not have any active jobs scheduled (an active job is considered a scheduled job on your calendar that has not been completed).
Simply add the number of days you'd like your email to go out after the customer's last completed job. Then, check the Enable box.
You're also able to view a live preview on the left while you customize your email on the right-hand side.
You can have up to three different templates all with different frequencies if you'd like.
