In addition to the Email Inbox feature, you now can customize and save your very own email templates for future use.
To create your email templates:
1. Open Settings > Under Email & SMS > Email inbox
2. Click 'Add Template'
When creating your template, you will have the ability to:
Preview your template as you make your changes
Add your template name
Add the subject line
Create the body of your email
Customize your email with emojis, text variations, hyperlinks, bullet points, images, email variables, and even HTML.
Add file attachments. Only two files can be uploaded, with a total allowable file size of up to 15 MB
Once you've created your template, you can email your customer by opening up their customer account.
Simply click 'Email' and then 'Choose a template' to select your email template.
Once you select your template, all of your predefined information should populate the email body, ready for you to send out to your customer.
