Use your Stripe account to start collecting payments by credit cards.

Stripe allows you to have 1 card on file per customer in GorillaDesk.

2.9% + 30 cents per successful charge. No set up fees, no monthly fees, no card storage fees, no hidden cost; you only get charged when you earn money.

2.7% + 5 cents for the in-person charge using the Stripe card reader.

Earnings are transferred to your bank account every 48 hours.

Q: How can I find out what my merchant fees are?

Answer: Learn how to check your Stripe Report through this link: https://support.stripe.com/questions/monthly-statement

>> After accessing your merchant fees from your monthly statement, we recommend adding them into your QuickBooks account as an expense. We do plan on showing the Stripe merchant fees within GorillaDesk in a later update.

Q: If a company is acquired how do we give the account to the new owners?

Answer: Follow the steps outlined in the article below to successfully transfer ownership of the account.

Q:If I have multiple GorillaDesk accounts, can I use a single Stripe account for all of them?

Answer: Yes.
