No startups fees, no contracts, and we move your data for free.
You can have an unlimited amount of administrators, managers, & sales staff accessing the system at the same time from any device. There is no additional charge for mobile app access and usage.
The only other standard feature we charge for is SMS text messaging. Activating text messaging adds a $5 per month fee to rent your own local SMS number. You also need to purchase bulk SMS packages for this feature to work.

Migrating Data
Migrating your data usually takes two business days if we're just importing customers, or it can take up to five business days if we're importing customers and job data.
We’re experts at migrating data from most any other system.

We actually offer three different tiers of plans with pretty clear pricing. All of our prices are based off of which plan you want, either the basic, the pro, or the growth.
Then within each of those plans, you need to decide how many technicians do you have out in the field that need their own schedule.
What is a schedule, you may ask?
The best way to help you determine how many schedules you need is to ask a simple question, “Do your technicians ride together or solo?”
If your technicians travel to and perform most jobs on their own. Each technician on your team needs their own schedule inside GorillaDesk.
If your technicians travel to and perform jobs together, you do NOT need to assign a schedule to every single team member. Instead, you’ll only need a schedule for the crew leaders only.
So we have our basic plan, our pro plan, and our growth plan. On all of our plans you get unlimited users for free. That’s right you get unlimited Admins, Managers, Sales, and Crew users for free. The pricing on GorillaDesk only changes per schedule you add.
Pro Plan
I like to say that about ninety five percent of my customers do end up going with the pro plan. The number one reason that customers shoot for this plan is specifically for the documents and esignatures.
We have a ton of state specific forms and agreements that are available in that document library.
We can take most any form or document you can imagine and custom create that document for you.

Basic Plan
If you're not in need of all of those fancier features and functions, the basic plan is a perfect fit for you. It starts at forty nine dollars a month. You get unlimited admin users and you have the ability to send out all of your invoices, estimates, and work orders. You can even do all of your material tracking and reporting and also have those automations set in place for your emails and text messages.
Growth Plan
Our growth plan is our highest tier plan that we offer here in Gorilladesk.
Our growth plan has everything you need to maximize revenue.
The best available time feature and job magnet features are quite powerful.
The best available time feature will help you find the best time to slot in a new job and where to place existing jobs.
The job magnet feature will identify for you jobs on the schedule which should be pulled closer together to reduce drive time.
These two features work well together to speed up the admin process significantly for optimizing schedules
If you are looking for a way to easily upsell customers into tiered packages and more dynamic packages then the next two features are critical.
The Dynamic Estimates feature allows customers to be upsold and choose from recommended and optional services to expand your estimate ticket sizes. You’ll automatically have better closing rates and more revenue for your business.
The Estimate Packages feature allows you to bundle services into comprehensive packages. This shortens the time to a sale and simplifies the buying process for potential customers by guiding them toward the package that best fits their needs.

We do have a special if you choose to pay for the entire year, then you get one month free. So you only have to pay for eleven months.

There are only three things that you could possibly pay for here at GorillaDesk.
That is the GorillaDesk platform itself, on the basic, pro, or growth plan and then a texting package and voice over IP phone integration if you choose to do that.
SMS Text Messaging
Text Messaging is something that I would say a hundred percent of my customers are interested in and decide to go with right away. It's a great feature for you to be able to send on the way messages, send out your invoices, send out any type of job reminder or confirmations as well. The only charge that you have for texting, that's a recurring charge, is the five dollar a month subscription fee for your business phone line. That's so that we can assign a local phone line to you to be able to text to and from. Beyond that, the only other thing that you would have to pay for is a bulk package of text messages.
Depending on how you plan on utilizing texting, you have different packages to choose from. These messages roll over from month to month until you use them up, this is not a monthly fee and you're only charged for outgoing messages. Incoming messages are free and do not take from your texting package.
Integrated VoIP Phone Service
As far as voice over IP goes, that is our integrated phone system here in Gorilladesk.
We do have three plans within that as well, the basic, pro, and growth. The basic plan starts at sixty five dollars a month per user. What are the reasons for wanting to integrate voice over IP? A lot of people really like having everything all in one system. They also don’t like the customers having their personal phone numbers. And company owners don’t want employees using personal phone numbers.
You have everything inside GorillaDesk. You've got your texting. You've got your phone calls. And then, of course, you have your CRM all in one. If a customer calls in, their account information automatically is populated so that you can take appropriate notes.
You can record calls. You can do transcripts. You have the ability to have group numbers, personal numbers, even auto-attendant, or hold music. GorillaDesk also includes importing your data at no additional cost.
