In GorillaDesk, there are a few different ways to check the status of your outgoing emails.
System Email History Report
The most efficient method is the System Email History Report which can be found under the Reports tab.
This report will allow you to see sent emails within the specified date range which can be filtered by Status and Customer.
The different email statuses are:
Sending
Sent
Opened
Clicked
Bounced
Failed
Rejected
You can mouse over the email status in your report to view a tooltip with additional information.
You can then export your report to CSV, Excel, or Print your report in the upper right corner of the report.
A customer's email history can also be viewed from the Notes section on their profile, from the Job Details tab on the job which the email is applicable for, and at the bottom of their Invoice.
