You can easily export your customer list from QuickBooks online and import them into GorillaDesk. To export your customers from QuickBooks:
1) Log in to your Intuit Quick-Books Online Account and click the search icon in the upper right corner.
2) Next, select the gear icon to edit the columns that will be exported. Then, click 'Show more'.
3) From here, you will need to make sure you have all of the customer info (billing address, service address, and name) broken into separate fields. For example, you would want to un-check 'Billing Address' and select Billing Street, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Zip, and Billing Country instead.
You will then repeat the same process for the service address and customer's name. Below is a list of the fields that can be imported directly into GorillaDesk. If you would like to import a field that is not listed below, it can be imported as a note on the customer's account. However, we do not recommend more than 4-5 notes.

4) Once you've selected your columns, click the 'Export' button in the upper right and 'Export to Excel'.
Note: Please let our team know if you have any accounts with sub-locations (i.e commercial accounts or property management companies). We will import the main accounts and add the sublocations manually so we will need clarity around which accounts will be sub-locations.
After exporting your list, you can send it to our support team via live chat by clicking the avatar in the upper right corner of your GorillaDesk account and clicking 'Chat with Support'.
Then, attach your file.
