Downgrading your Account

Please follow the following steps to successfully downgrade your account.

Step 1. Reassign any active jobs on the schedule to another schedule under Settings > Schedules.

Click on the Re-Assign Schedule.

Step 2. Check the box to the left of the schedule you would like to remove, then click Delete.

Once the schedule is successfully deleted, a modal will appear giving you the option to downgrade your plan.

IMPORTANT: Deleting the schedule does not downgrade your plan.

Step 3. Select the Downgrade my plan and you will be directed to the Plans page.

Step 4. Move the slider to the number of schedules you'd like, and click Downgrade in the lower right.
