Please follow the following steps to successfully downgrade your account.
Step 1. Reassign any active jobs on the schedule to another schedule under Settings > Schedules.
Step 2. Check the box to the left of the schedule you would like to remove, then click Delete.
IMPORTANT: Deleting the schedule does not downgrade your plan. Please complete the next steps.
Step 3. Click on your avatar in the upper right corner and select Your Account.
Step 4. Click on the Plans tab, then move the slider to the number of schedules you'd like, and click Downgrade in the lower right.
