Sometimes old website pages can be cached in your browser and keep you from accessing GorillaDesk.
To clear your browser cache in Google Chrome:
Click the menu button ( ⋮ ) located in the top right.
You can get there fast by typing CTRL + H.
Go to History > History
Click Clear Browsing Data on the Left.
In the new tab, choose the date range to ALL TIME
Ensure that Cached Images and Files AND Cookies and Other Site Data boxes are both selected.
Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
Wait for it to finish. When done, close the browser and reopen
