Adding multiple locations to a customer's account

Desktop

  1. Open the customer's profile from your customer list or by using the search bar at the top of your account.

2. Go to the Locations tab and click 'New Location'

3. Enter the location's billing and service information

5. Click Save

Mobile

1. Open the customer's profile by using the search bar at the top of your account

2. Tap Service Locations

3. Click the + in the upper right corner

4. Enter the location's billing and service information

5. Click Save

6. You can also edit an existing service location by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the address.

7. Then, choose Edit Location.

How to Delete and Restore Customer Location

You can delete multiple locations at the same time or delete them individually.

Select the locations and click the Delete button.

Click the location name; the Delete button is located at the bottom left.

  • All deleted locations are moved to the Deleted tab.

  • A location cannot be removed permanently as there are service(s) that might be assigned to it.

  • Deleting a location does not affect the jobs assigned to it.

  • You can always restore these location.

To restore deleted locations, go to the Deleted tab at the bottom of the list, select the location(s) you want to restore, and click Undelete.
