Deleting a job

To delete a job off the calendar, you'll need to go into the customer's profile, then to the jobs tab and Delete the Active Job.

There will be a selector to the left of the Active job. After selecting use the Delete button in the table menu bar.

This will stop the service and prevent any future recurring appointments from generating.

You can also delete a job by opening the active job you want to remove. In the top-right corner next to the check out button, tap the three dots and select Delete Job.

How to Recover a Deleted Job

If you need to recover a job that was previously deleted, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the customer account the job was originally assigned to.

  2. Go to the Jobs tab.

  3. In the bottom-left corner, switch from the Active tab to the Deleted tab.

  4. Locate and select the job(s) you want to recover.

  5. Click the Undelete button to restore the selected job(s).

Remember canceling a job does not delete it. Here is a refresher on the Canceled job status:

Canceled: Canceling a job will show the current job as canceled and void the attached invoice. The next recurring job will be generated and the recurring series will continue. Canceled status cancels this job only, not the entire service. You should think of this status as a skip.

Mobile

To delete a job from the mobile app:

  1. Open the job from your calendar

  2. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the job

  3. Select Delete Job
