Adding a discount to a customer invoice is easy in GorillaDesk on both desktop and mobile.
If you create a new invoice, whether a stand-alone or attached to a job, you can easily find the 'Discount' field near the subtotal section, where you can apply a percentage-based discount or a fixed amount and choose whether it recurs with the invoice.
Go to the Discount field near the subtotal section.
Click the dropdown menu beside discount to select the discount type
Percentage (%) - Deducts a percentage of the subtotal.
Fixed Amount ($) - Deducts a specific dollar amount.
Enter the discount value.
Click the repeat button (circular arrows) if you want the discount to apply automatically to recurring invoices.
Adding Discount to Invoice (Mobile)
On mobile, the 'Add Discount' option is available when creating a new invoice or editing an existing one. However, the option to make the discount recur with the invoice is not yet available.
