One-Time Line Items

One-time line items will be removed from the next recurring invoice once the initial invoice has been paid.

Any additional line items included on an invoice will have an option to be added as a one-time charge.

If this box is checked, the line item will only be charged on the first job. This line item will then drop off the invoice for all future occurrences of this job.

Please note: You will not see the option to make an item a one-time item on a one-time service or invoice.

You can create a one-time item in your service template list in Settings > Services or while editing an invoice attached to a recurring job.

For example, if you wanted the initial visit to be $195, then the recurring services after to be $100 - You would need to add the $100 Bi-Monthly item, then add a $95 Initial one-time item so the total of the first invoice equals $195.

Once the invoice is paid, the one-time item will no longer appear on the future recurring invoices for that job.

Mobile App

You are also able to create a one-time line item when adding an item to an invoice, from the mobile app.

Clicking the 3 dots to the right of an item will also allow you to set it as a one-time item.
