Gorilladesk offline mode allows you to access your job information when you are offline.
Important:
1. Offline mode will only store data from the current week, Monday - Sunday.
You cannot access data from last week or next week.
2. You have to open the app and load your calendar at least once online, in order for the system to download the data for that week.
Note:
Gorilladesk offline mode is only available in the app.
Offline mode is read-only for job details and invoice details. This cannot be edited offline.
Read and write is available for the following action:
Change job status
Add Check-in and check-out times
Add and edit top note
Add job notes
How does offline mode work:
If your mobile data and WiFi are off, the system will alert you that the connection is lost and you can switch offline.
Once you click 'Use Offline' you will be directed to the offline mode screen.
You can see your jobs in the calendar for that week.
You can open the job tiles and see the job details, top notes, job notes, and invoice information.
You can still update your check-in and check-out time, job status, top notes, and job notes when offline.
When your internet is back, the app will alert you that you can switch back online.
