This feature is available on Version 3 Desktop.

The Map Drawing Tool will allow you to multi-select map pins on your map and assign them to a queue. You can then move all jobs from the queue to your schedule to batch move and batch reassign them.

To use the drawing tool:

1. Open the map and turn on the drawing tool icon.

2. Draw a polygon on the map to select the map pins that are close to each other.

Double-click to lock the polygon.

3. You can also draw multiple polygons at a time. Use this when you want to move jobs to more than 1 area.

4. All jobs that are selected will go to the selected job list area.

5. You can also drag and drop 1 single pin to the selected job list.

6. After selecting all the jobs that you want to move. Click the Drag # Jobs and drop it on a schedule.
All the jobs in this area will be moved to a certain date and technician.

7. The option to clear selection is available to reset the polygons.
