Step 1: Edit Your Company's Settings

To get started using GorillaDesk, you'll need to edit your company's details and upload your logo. We've got a video that walks you through the steps:

It's best to start by fully configuring your company settings during your 14-day free trial. The reason is that these items will appear on your invoices, estimates, and outgoing messages down the road.

That said, your company’s name, email, and phone number will come pre-loaded into your account, so you'll want to focus on these items:

  • Website

  • Country

  • Address

  • Industry

  • Business License

  • Operating Hours

  • Timezone

  • Date Format

  • Currency

  • Temperature

  • Upload Company Logo

Once that's complete, jump right in and add your first few line items. It’ll only take you a minute or two to complete.

We have the following resources available that can help you or your new staff get up to speed.

  2. We’ve embedded a “Tutorials” button in the upper right corner of all settings and add-on pages for easy access to relevant guides.

  3. An expanded library of videos, FAQs, and knowledge base articles is also available on our Knowledge Base.
    You can easily access this link under Help > Knowledge Base.


  4. 1:1 screen-share training is available. You can book unlimited sessions, with each session limited to 45 minutes.
    We recommend watching the videos first and listing any questions or areas where you’re stuck. This will help us make the most of your training time.
